Dortis Nikolaos graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and then obtained a Master in Construction & Management at the University College of London. The construction "boom" that lasted until 2008 gave him the opportunity to deal with very large private projects. Then, together with Angelos Koutalas and Paschalidis Konstantinos, he founded the "DOMOSTATIKI CONSULTING ENGINEERS", which dealt with the construction of houses with the system of compensation. Then he founded "DORTI S & ASSOCIATES" which deals with the study, licensing, and construction of complex construction projects. His professional experience includes, over 100 building permits for large private projects, over 2000 static studies of building projects, and over 200 supervisions of construction projects. In 2020, the demands of the company's clientele for investment real estate in the tourism sector pushed it to create a REAL ESTATE office in Nikiti, Halkidiki, through the BEE REAL ESTATE network.
